The McNeish Lab focuses on the interactions between terrestrial and freshwater ecosystems, across variable environmental conditions, and anthropogenic stressors. We conduct observational and manipulative experiments to capture in situ dynamics, and to isolate individual mechanisms which drive environmental change. Our goal is for the science conducted by the McNeish Lab to benefit both the environment and human well-being while contributing to our understanding of underlying ecological processes.
